What happens when I upgrade my Business Prime plan?

If you have signed up for the 6-month free trial offer, there will be no changes to your QuickBooks Online Plus plan when you upgrade or downgrade your Business Prime membership.

What happens if I already have an Intuit QuickBooks account?

This offer is only for new customers to try QuickBooks Online for their business needs.

How do I redeem my QuickBooks Online Plus offer and set up QuickBooks?

Once you sign up for Business Prime, you’ll have access to a QuickBooks Online Plus sign-up page. After creating your QuickBooks Online account, you’ll begin a short startup interview that will customize QuickBooks Online for your business. Then you’ll be ready to go!

*Receive the first six (6) months free of your subscription to QuickBooks Online Plus (“QBO”), starting from the date of enrollment when you create a new account. To redeem, you’ll be asked to present a valid credit card for authorization at sign-up. After your 6-month free period, you'll be charged monthly for service(s) at the then-current list price until you cancel.

To cancel your QBO subscription at any time go to the Account & Settings in QBO and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund; your access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period.

The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is a free 6-months use of QuickBooks Online Plus.
